Welcome to Val Apartments
VAL Apartments are located in a newly built family house in Pula, in a green area close to numerous beaches and a 3 km long seaside promenade, at a distance of only 80–100 m. The property offers accommodation in two STUDIO apartments for 2 people each: VAL 1 and VAL 2, which can be connected if needed to accommodate 4 people. Each apartment has a separate entrance, a terrace, and a secured parking space in the yard or 10 m from the house. They are modernly equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and air conditioning via a Weissmann heat pump, which also provides underfloor heating. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Pets are welcome with an additional one-time cleaning fee.
